Camddwr Canine Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy

Using the online shopping basket:

  • Browse the site, and add the items that you would like to order to your basket, being careful to select any options that you require where appropriate.

  • If this is your first order, you will be asked to register when placing your order, and choose a username and password (keep note of your username and password).

  • If you change your mind about ordering an item it can be deleted from your basket before going to the checkout.

  • When you are ready to place the order go to the checkout.

  • You can choose between online payment with your credit or debit card using the world pay option (no need to register or have an account) or  you can use the paypal option on the website if you have a paypal account. Alternatively you can opt for telephone ordering and contact us by telephone with your card details to pay over the phone. 

Delivery Information

International shipping options are available on the website, and we can ship to most worldwide destinations Some weight restrictions may apply:

  • Prices shown do not include delivery. The delivery charge is calculated when you place items in your basket based on the order size and your location. . Some items have free delivery and no delivery charge will be shown in this case.

  • Please note that for heavy items  such as dog food, we are not able to ship  internationally or to the Scottish Highlands and Islands due to the high delivery charges.

  • Please Allow up to 5 working days for  UK delivery.

  • Special delivery options are available for selection at checkout for both international and UK deliveries. Please note cut off for Special Delivery parcels is Midday. We suggest you select the Tracked service for International Shipping for items over £20 value

  • Please contact us if your purchased item doesn’t arrive after 5 working days. (UK only) Intenational items may take longer.

Credit Card Payments:

Your credit and debit card payments are made through World pay, Streamline and Pay Pal These are all trusted and secure method of payment that we have chosen for its versatility and convenience.

Refund/Returns Policy

If the item we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt. Return the item to us clean and intact with all packaging together with the returns form.

If you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us and a full credit will be given subject to the following conditions:

  • You notify us of your desire to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods.

  • The goods are returned within 30 days of receipt, and are in a new and re-saleable condition and in the original packaging with lables and tags attached. Used goods will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

  • The customer will be liable for the return delivery charges, either using our collection system or by using a method of your own choosing.

  • If you require a replacement, the quickest and easiest way is to re order from the website and request a refund for the returned item.

  • The goods are not customised by you in any way.

  • The Camddwr Canine Returns form must be returned with the goods

What information do we collect from you?

We collect data from our customer and suppliers including information such as your name, email address, telephone numbers and addresses, email and responses to emails and this information is held on our computers and in some instances online in a password secured database. In some instances we also hold information about the related services that we provide to you including information like the date of your order and the products purchased or services we have provided.  If you want to see the full extent of the information that we hold on file for you then this can be provided on request.

How can I access the information that you hold about me?

** If your request is repetitive or will require extensive administrative work without a strong valid reason then there may be an administration charge however we will advise you once you have made your request.

Why do we collect this information?

We collect and hold your information for the purposes of conducting business with you. In the case of suppliers we hold information so that we can easily contact you if necessary to order goods and services or seek support. We retain customer contact information so that we can contact you if necessary relating to work and orders that we are currently undertaking for you.  We also sometimes use customer contact information to send out marketing notifications about new products and services we provide, to invoice for work undertaken or to update our customers about changes to their services.

Who might we share your information with?

We share some information with third party service suppliers though necessity when processing orders and we never provide contact information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Secure Payment providers on our website namely Paypal and Worldpay. 

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.

What do we do with your information?

The information we hold about you is mainly used to assist us in the process of conducting business with you. We may on occasion also use your information for marketing purposes to be able to send out updates that may be relevant to you.  We do not use the information to profile you in any way as a customer or restrict our services or our support in anyway based upon the information that we hold on file.

How long do we hold your information for?

We hold information as required by law for accounting purposes and we do not delete this information.  Details of email communication are usually held for a period of around 2-3  years as we may need to refer back to previous communication for business purposes.  If we believe that you will no longer be working with us then we will remove your contact information and any associated data upon request or we will ensure that the data is removed at a convenient time in our administration schedule.  We are committed to conducting a yearly review of the data we hold at which point we will decide whether or not that data is required and delete as necessary.  We will also conduct a data review if there are any significant changes in circumstances.
